After making a reservation was called every day by a male member of staff. I had to change the move in date and this was handled by a lady who made the process really easy. I was then called again every day by the other member of staff. When I did not return a call for two days - despite there being 4 days left of my reservation - my reservation was cancelled. When I queried this I was told there was high demand and I should've called back to say I still needed it. Very poor customer service. Also think the insurance cost should be made available as part of check in online, not to find this out on moving day.

I have now used A storage twice, in different towns, and have found the the most helpful, pleasant and Honest people I have felt with in a long time.
