Staff really friendly. Lady on reception when I went in to pay ( she is new and is covering maternity leave) was absolutely lovely. Very clear very friendly and she showed me the space which was really useful. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Initial contact was equally handled really well, really good customer service skills and really friendly.

enquired about storage and within minutes managed to pre book a unit, love that you can do this online or on the telephone, so easy to do.

Everything was explained very well, easy to understand. I found it stress free and would definitely recommend you as a company.
