Staff in hull were very good

John was brilliant, he really helped me out at a great time of need!! Very welcoming, talkative and the centre is very organised

Very professional. Lovely staff, answered all queries and made the experience and process really simple.

The process was very smooth, from ease of use of the website to reserve a space and receive a quote to the straightforward system of checking in. The staff at the storage facility were extremely personable.

I received first class customer service from John Colley (The Store Manager). He greeted me on arrival, made the process smooth and easy, and also took time to explain everything to me in a clear, friendly and professional manner. I have used a few storage facilities in the past but none have customer service at this level!

Everything was explained thoroughly. All staff very friendly and welcoming. Environment is perfect for my furniture and easy access to room with trolleys to help
