Good value for money, helpful staff, professional accommodation and easy to use.

I received first class customer service from John Colley (The Store Manager). He greeted me on arrival, made the process smooth and easy, and also took time to explain everything to me in a clear, friendly and professional manner. I have used a few storage facilities in the past but none have customer service at this level!

Everything was explained thoroughly. All staff very friendly and welcoming. Environment is perfect for my furniture and easy access to room with trolleys to help

I found that booking online was easy and straight forward, on arriving at Armadilloi met with Amy who was fantastic, she took me through the contract, insurance and everything that I needed to know. She was friendly, informative and very professional. On going through my inventory she advised and arranged for an upgrade in case I needed it, and on this point she was correct as I did have need for the addition space. Thank you Amy!!!!

John is a very friendly people, he is very patient and has a positive attitude, he's positive attitude has an positive effect on us, everything was processed very quickly and detailed ! Appreciate it !
