Staff are amazing, they deserve an air conditioner in the reception area.

First of all, I would like to thank Aled and Renate for their fantastic service with assisting me store my belongings promptly in a short period of time. They were also very helpful, supportive, and quick in responding to any inquiries I had regarding my booking, everything was very well explained. 100% recommended for a storage facility if ever required in Hull… exceptional service provided by respectful and professional individuals 💯

Renata and Victoria could not have done more to help. They were amazing both with regards my mobility issue and the fact I have a little one with me. They made the process go so smoothly and checked up along the way to make sure everything went well. Would highly recommend this company as there customer service is amazing.

The staff are wonderful: professional but friendly, helpful and welcoming. The place is clean, well organised and has a variety of room sizes. Moving in is made easy and unstressful: if your stuff won't fit into the room you chose, you will be provided with another. Tea/coffee water provided. Great place, highly recommend.

Excellent staff and facilities

All staff were fantastic and store is well presented. Easy to use and gain access through pin pad. It’s just quite expensive once you get past the initial 8 weeks discount
