FINN!!! He is amazing, he really made my whole moving/storing process so easy and lightened my anxiety. He went above and beyond, even stayed a little later one day to ensure i could access my space independently. I have moved out now, but even calling to enquire about my refund, he broke down everything to me, where this wasn't done at the time my refund was processed. I generally think that someone needs to mind the phone more often but again when I have called and Finn has been working, i have always been answered by the 2nd time I've called and he has always been helpful. GO FINN!!!!

A great customer experience. Lovely people working there - we were looked after by Finn and Clarissa - with a positive and cooperative attitude. Took care to understand what we needed. Even made us a cup of tea! Clean and easy to use facilities. Really impressed.
