I would like to give special thanks to Roger at the front desk of Big Yellow Self Storage. He was extremely professional, patient, and friendly throughout the whole process.
Excelente atendimento Roger! Obrigada pela hospitalidade!
Roger, Congratulations on the service, I am super satisfied
Selene & Shaz are great！
The site has a large indoor loading area with a high enough roof for my 7.2 t lorry. Defibrillator right outside the entrance Spotlessly clean
A big thanks to Rogerio for the smooth and efficient subscription ! Nicolas
Selene looked after me very well. Would recommend to anyone. Brilliant experience.
Roger was extremely friendly, calm, helpful and professional. Big Yellow Storage has been a great experience so far. Very clean too!
Roger was very accommodating and friendly, he made the move in process run smoothly and efficiently.
Roger let me come in very last minute on a Saturday and made the move super smooth. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have used this storage probably as I was in a rush! The check in process is easy and the conditions are better than other places (you can cancel with only 7 days which is a plus!)
