This place deserves a 10/10 for its service and the lovely staff. Roger in particular was really nice and helpful during the whole process, including my check-in. I am only removing one star because on two different days, both customer bathrooms were in a very dirty state - I won't go into graphic details but it was bad ;) - which is a shame because the whole storage building has a very clean and tidy appearance. So I would expect this of the toilet facilities too! But overall: great experience and I would book this storage facility again in the future.
Mr Roger is really helpful and professional and he explained the whole process in details, also advised based on customer needs.
