I am one of the unlucky Shurgard customers thathad 1 years of sacrifices gone out on new years eve. Just to say that I was reluctant to take a new storage unit. I asked Jesse about you fire safety measures, she happily share what you have in place in order to prevent such thing to happen, Then on the day of my actual move Rihanna told me further information because I requested it, I cannot go through this event again, that is just mentally not posible for me at this time. So they have both manage to guve me the rright information and assure me that I was in safe hands.

Every employee I spoke to was really explanatory and helpful. They explained the process well so I didn’t even feel the need to ask questions.
