Fabulous help as a first time user. Libbie took time to explain the whole system to us really well and even helped with getting us opened up and settled. Its a great system, very well organised and cared for leaving me in no doubt about using to store precious items. If you ever find the toilets are out of paper..... ask for Chris, He's your man that can! Thanks to Libbie and Chris for great service and assistance very welcomed by this self store newbie.

Libbie and Patrick were absolutely amazing in helping me get my need for short term storage sorted. Libbie was extremely helpful in sorting out all the paperwork and move in process, while Patrick was very thorough and answered all my questions when I went in the day prior to ask some questions. I think the price is fair for the storage, especially with the customer service that you are getting. I was able to have my questions answered, get all the details sorted, move in, and plan my move out date within two days: one day of going in to ask questions and the second day as my move in date. Highly recommend this service for how easy and simple Libbie and Patrick made the process. It removed a lot of my stress in finding safe and easy storage.
