Cal was very helpful, when I enquired about the storage I got a phone call and everything was explained and all questions answered. Very good service. However when arriving to put belongings into storage the lift was undergoing maintenance.we then had to carry one box at a time up 2 flights of stairs. This was ridiculous as it took a long time to get everything off the van
