What a wonderful site and world class staff! A special shout out to Lee who was incredible at our meet and greet and showing us around the site. He was very knowledgeable, hospitable and very friendly. This is exactly the kind of service that stands out and matters to customers like us. He is an absolute legend and a credit to the company. The site is well maintained and has excellent facilities. It was easy for us to find our way around and it was handy to have plenty of trolleys available to us. The site and the staff make this place a pleasure to visit and we hope to be back again in the future.

Very friendly and helpful customer service but opening times aren’t hugely flexible if you work full time. Easy access with codes and lots of trolleys.

Really helpful staff. Simple procedures to set up a storage unit. Hot drinks offered when signing up. No hard sell. Container units clean, well-lit and easy to find. Customer toilets on the premises. Would definitely recommend.
