From the first phone call to Speke answered by Luke who was polite and precise..gave me all the necessary information neede to meeting Lisa O'Rourke at reception who really wet out of her way to solve any problems and was a thoroughly lovely person to boot..my experience with Armadillo Speke has been exceptional. It was a very stressful time for me and both of your colleagues were more than willing to help me. In fact I was going to email you to say thank you to them both.
