I was not told that there would be no padlock provided I received a quote not including insurance so paid more money than expected I don't understand why I have to pay up till September 23rd when I have requested September 4th to pick up my stuff

The person I spoke with (Dawn) was very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. The space I got was perfect and I thought it was reasonably cheap as well.

Having called a few companies to compare rates on a Sunday morning I called your number and was greeted by a bright, cheery welcoming voice who gave me the details required. Later we visited your premises to view the options available. This is were we met Dawn the owner of the friendly greeting. Throughout the process Dawn listened to our requirements advised options available and made us feel welcome. Great service.

Melissa was incredibly helpful, positive and well mannered. She provided us with a wealth of information about the process as well as positively influenced our first impressions of Liverpool. Could not be happier! Thanks again for such a smooth and enjoyable process.
