I’ve been coming here for the last three years, and every single time Lee and Lisa make the experience effortless. On a few occasions, I’ve arrived just minutes before closing, and while it’s not something I’d recommend since it’s not always possible, they’ve kindly let me in and helped without hesitation. They always ensure everything runs smoothly, and on top of that, they’re genuinely great people and a pleasure to talk to. Easily the best storage place in Liverpool by far

This was my first time getting a storage unit an it was such a lovely an easy experience thanks to the amazing ladies Lisa and Amy who helped me through the whole process, while I was talking with Amy going though the details Lisa offered me a coffee and we had lovely conversations during. Also things keep stressing me out about needing to upsize my unit an they helped me with it an had me a new unit in 5 minutes! If anyone's had a nightmare with needing storage in the past I'd highly recommend this place just for these two amazing people 🙂

It was a very lovely experience. The staff even allowed me to collect my storage even though it was close to closing. Customer service was excellent.

I would highly recommend Armadillo, Hunts Cross for many reasons. Choice of storage units, ease of access, cleanliness, but in particular because of Lisa. She knows her job inside out and couldn't be more helpful and supportive.
