I was so impressed with the service we received from Stefan and the team at The Big Yellow Self Storage today. My partner and I had a very stressful journey getting to Manchester and didn’t arrive at the storage unit until after its closing time. When we called the unit to let them know we’d be late, the team were accommodating and said they’d wait for us. When we finally arrived we were met by Stefan, who kindly stayed behind in reception and kept the store open until we could be signed in and shown our storage space. Stefan was helpful and patient, and made a stressful day easier.

Couldn’t recommended enough, worked on a lot of commercial and domestic moves using Big Yellow and various other storage companies but this place takes the cake. Every member of staff is great, I personally use them for my own belongings, so should you! Very secure, convenient out of hours service, smiles all around.

Amber was outstanding today in giving me a de facto 'induction' into self-storage unit sizes, measures, prices, location-related price variations, 'hidden costs', availability, locks specs, T&Cs, venue security, etc. This is a genuine review made as a thanks to Amber because this was the first time I explored self-storage for me and because I am completely new to this, Amber spent a lot of time with me. In addition, I am still exploring my options at this stage and will try to do some shopping around before I commit to a specific storage business. This means she hasn't got me a converted customer yet, despite all the time she spent with me. So, leaving this review is the least I can do, because the knowledge she gave me I will be able to use with any other storage business. If you are new to self-storage in Manchester, I definitely recommend Amber at The Big Yellow Storage Manchester to introduce you to it and answer all questions you might have about self-storage. -- You were 10/10 with me today, Amber! I recently started renting a self-storage unit and have been very impressed with the overall experience. The location is excellent and the facility is clean, secure, and well maintained. What really stood out was the level of service I received. From several helpful phone calls before move-in to the support we received on-site during check-in, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. A special thank you to Donna and the whole team for their outstanding customer service. They were consistently friendly, approachable, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

Nice place secure and good price

Super easy to book, got it on short notice and it was so easy! Mason was so helpful and funny it was an enjoyable experience!
