The initial inquiry was very easy,and communication was quick. moving in was straight forward and the staff made it all very quick and understandable!

Initial enquiry was well handled. Dan in the store was one of the few people who had the ability to turn me round from being annoyed that the padlock I'd bought wasn't big enough. THIS WAS NOT MADE CLEAR on the web site. Also, that the insurance was no less than £2,000. Way too expensive. DAN in Manchester Salford was very good though and made everything very clear.

Great service and very helpful agents Daniel and Stefan were a great ambassadors and great image for the company.

Excellent communication throughout the process from initial enquiry through to delivery of goods to the warehouse. Staff were also super keen to help. however, more practice required by store manager making a cup of tea. Not quite dark enough ;). colleagues made far better cups of tea.

They were keen to get business and then not particularly helpful when I arrived on site passing me from one colleague to another mid discussion.

Online check in was easy and quick and made moving in simple.

Donna was amazing at getting us sorted and checked in very quickly and efficiently. Also Daniel and Emmanuel were super friendly too and they all offered to help put up our racking which was very kind. Thank you so much for such a great experience!
