I’m a student who used this storage unit today and was helped by Josh. Absolute legend, I had had a rough day to say the least and was a complete mess and he was such a kind, caring and supportive representative for the company, and was so lovely with explaining everything to me. He made my experience feel safe, knowledgable and also cheered me up a lot by making little jokes and building rapport. Honestly an absolutely amazing human being and couldn’t be more grateful for all of the help today. Legend.
