Quality of the service from the staff

Great communications over the phone as well as online, simple procedures and paperwork

Absolutely everything was incredible. From speaking on the phone with Mark to actually meeting him in person and helping me getting checked in and signing all the documents, the process was so smooth. I had never done this before and so was a little worried but Mark talked me through the process very clearly and we even had a lovely conversation!

Easy to book storage online, opportunity to complete 'paperwork' online ahead of arrival, efficient and friendly staff (special call out to 'Mark') at reception to complete arrivals process

All the team are extremely courteous and obliging, the facilities are clean and extremely well organised.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Location of the facility is very good and spotless. Good parking available and plenty of barrows to assist in moving items.
