All round helpful and polite. I'm not great with I.T. I had a problem with this and the lovely lady in the office calmed and reassured me and helped me go through the form . The gentleman that sold me the package was lovely , chatty and informative and again very polite . Making an awful time of my life a little easier . Thankyou

We rented a container at Morecambe Armadillo Self Storage (Big Storage) from July '24 to present (Jan 26) The facilities are very easily accessed, almost directly off Northgate, Morecambe. Very friendly, very efficient staff and system. Antiques and fine art weathered very well in storage during our move and removation. Thank you to all the team. Def be back if we need more storage

I recently hired a room at the storage unit. I was very impressed with the whole set up, from security to the use of trolleys, lift and forklift. The staff were very helpful, in particular Izzy and Mark. Would highly recommend.

Used Armadillo whilst moving from one property to another. Assistance was second to none from welcoming staff at the beginning to efficiency in the office at the end when they returned my deposit before schedule. The organisation is run like clock work. Efficient effective and just lovely people to deal with.
