The website is easy to use and get a quote, the online check in process is so easy to do and much better than having to sort all the paperwork in store, especially the itemised list. The storage units are a great size, we were able to easily downsize on the day once we had seen the size originally chosen which would have been far too big for our needs. Mark was a great help and very friendly and also quick to respond to queries. The storage unit also has great security which makes us feel like our goods are in safe hands! Thank you again to Mark for making the process on the day painless especially given the current covid conditions which are making everything much more difficult!
