When I first came in for my quote, the staff member I spoke to, Jenny, was extremely friendly and approachable. She talked me through everything in detail and really made the idea of moving our things into storage less daunting. She showed me around a unit and even gave me some packing tips. She was lovely and very helpful. When I returned to go ahead with the quote the staff member I spoke to, Mark, was also extremely friendly and very chatty. He ran through everything again and was very helpful in getting us a unit that was easily accessible/close to the door. I will highly recommend Armadillo to my friends and family.
