the operation was completely trouble free

Spoke over the phone initially and was given great support and invited to look at the units available. Showed me a couple different sizes and then set up for my moving day/payments. Great discount on first payment and on boxes which are good quality. The lady and gentleman working were both very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was fine quickly but efficiently and the process was made super easy to understand.

I telephoned the company on Saturday to ask for advice about storage, cost etc. My queries were answered well and with great patience as this was my first experience of using a storage facility.

Everything was clear and delivered with flexibility which was ideal as I did require a larger space than originally thought
