Very safe

I have stored some personal effects with this company since Nov 2024. When I first booked my room I was so overwhelmed in the middle of a moving crisis with no idea where I’d store my items for the foreseeable. Lyn helped to calm any worries and was my first port of call, throughout my experience whenever I hit any bumps in the road and needed any queries answered Lyn, Elaine & Jon were always there to assist. Thank you kindly to this group of staff for always being so compassionate and understanding.

Elaine was amazing! We weren't sure about the storage room sizes, and she was incredibly helpful. She gave us a tour so we could find the perfect size for our needs. Her excellent customer service made the process easy and stress-free
