Customer service was brilliant, all staff that dealt with me were very professional and friendly. Extremely helpful and generous with their discounts.

I initially called the head office to inquire if there was a storage unit available within the facility, but thought I would also visit directly for a face to face chat, and am glad I did! I was met and greeted by Lin, who was extremely helpful and supportive. We worked through a common solution to my situation and requirements, and she was fantastic throughout. I also met John (aka Dave) who again was very helpful and friendly.

Jon, Elaine and Lin were so welcoming and supportive. I was shown everything about the storage facility in great detail and really made to feel like this is a safe and friendly facility.

Very helpful staff who explain the whole process at the start and guide you through deciding upon the size of unit and the level of insurance recommended.
