Simple pricing. No relentless calling, text messages and emails with promises of price matching or discounts on quotes already given. Friendly staff

James Kirk was absolutely brilliant. Not only did he deal with us in a highly professional and customer friendly way, in Reception at the same time was another customer of the totally obnoxious variety, and James had to politely ask him to please wait his turn. Unfortunately, said customer spent his entire time 'huffing and puffing', and constantly interrupting, which delayed matters for everyone, himself included. I would like to stress, as 'obnoxious customer, said out loud that he would be complaining, that James could not possibly have dealt with him any better than he did - and I train this stuff in my job!

Made the process really easy. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, transparent pricing. Big Yellow storage is the original and best.

I had to change my start date and with one quick call I was able to speak to a friendly staff member who rearranged my date. When I arrived on the day I was met by a friendly member of staff called James Kirk. He was extremely helpful and gave a first class customer experience.
