Staff at the store have been very friendly and informative, and have made a stressful process much easier for us.

I have used the Big Yellow Storage for some years now, having moved to Ireland some time back and buying a run down old cottage in need of much renovation, I needed somewhere safe and secure to store my worldly goods. The staff are wonderful I have to say, when there was a problem with my card at one stage they resolved the problem without any worry for me and have stayed in regular contact with me throughout my long stay. I happily recommend them.

Moving stuff in and out was very easy with good trolleys and access.The storage space was well lit and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. No problems whatsoever.

I have written this review due to the high level of service my partner and i are receving from the big yello in romford. I am registered disabled individual who has been helped at every point during the sign and every visit to the unit, including the manager Mike making a cup of tea for me you, due to having a funny turn cuased by my strong medication. We are always greeted with a smile and nothing is ever an inconvenience to the guys. I'm glad i decided not to go by price and took the time to visit the store and meet the people.

The staff at Romford are always friendly morning noon and night, they are always pleased to see you and help you alright.

The Big Yellow Storage is a great idea, so easy to use and very secure, it has enabled us to be able to store most of our belongings whilst we decorate and sell our home. the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, made everything very clear to us and the fact that we can pull up to the door and have trolleys to use is a bonus and very handy. we also got a discount for signing up for 6 weeks, which has made having extra storage a bit more affordable.

I needed storage at short notice. I found the service rapid and helpful and good value. actually its much cheaper than other countries, and i would certainly use the service again.

The staff spent a great deal of time showing me the same size space ,but it was in a great deal of shaped containers,until i found the correct shape for my belongings. I am very happy with all aspects of the service i received.You do need a lot of patients filling in the forms
