Nice storage space with very helpful staff. Louise was very helpful throughout my time with the storage unit!

I'll start with what I didn't like because everything else was great. I don't like the way the company operates. I feel like the VAT and insurance costs are intentionally hidden until the moment you're paying, by which point you're far too invested to back out. I understand why it's done like this, I just don't like it. That aside, I had a lovely experience with the staff at this place. They were all very responsive to calls and emails and helped with any questions I had. In person, Katie was very helpful and friendly. The building seems very secure. If you don't mind the fact that you'll be paying significantly more than what's initially advertised, I do recommend this place.

The facility is impeccably clean and well organised with every detail thought out from a user point of view. It feels very safe and the staff could not be more helpful.

We where made to feel .welcome andwas not pressured into renting a storage unit .The staff was very professional at all times.
