Excellent service

Happy with the storage, really easy to get to, friendly staff, big parking lot and the STORID app works perfectly. I am usually against the app-ification epidemic but the service worked great both moving in and moving out. Rooms are decently sized for a good price and they’re much bigger than what initially meets the eye. Friendly staff will not try to oversell you space and check out is easy, all you need to do is tell them atleast two weeks in advance. You only pay for what you use! While I hope to not need a self storage again in the future, if I do I would definitely store with big yellow here in Hillsborough or any of their other locations.

I used Big Yellow Self Storage Hillsborough for 12 years following a major house move and would highly recommend them. The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. There are several sizes of storage available, access is secure, and the rooms are sturdy and good quality. The staff have always been responsive and very knowledgeable. I closed my account today as my circumstances have changed and I no longer needed the storage. The lady on reception that helped me (sorry, didn't get her nane but I know she had recently moved from Birmingham) was incredibly helpful. She explained everything clearly, was very professional and personable, and made the process really easy and efficient!
