The guy who processed my application was very good going through the details and explained about access to my room.

The staff are polite, knowledgable and very helpful. They take the time to explain everything and make the process easy. The storage areas are clean, well-lit and feel safe. I also appreciate being able to park close to the building so transporting stuff to and fro is easy.

The Big Yellow team at Hillsborough have been really excellent and I cannot fault their work. There were various complications (on our side) with our moving in date and they were so accommodating and helpful. Communication was very good.
