Kiyana and Ben are a real credit to the branch. Kiyana is always welcoming and approachable, greeting customers with a smile and putting people at ease immediately. Ben, as the store manager, shows genuine care for both customers and his team, is calm and professional, and is clearly invested in delivering the right experience. From a removals business point of view, they make our job easier. They're attentive and organised, and they take the time to reassure customers who may already be stressed during a move. It's the small touches, too: offering a brew when they have time and making sure customers feel comfortable and looked after.
