Recently used big yellow storage to declutter to sell our house, then during the move and while we renovated. Always felt security was great. Staff always friendly and helpful, especially Kiana who was fab. Would definitely use again.

I’ve had a storage unit with Big Yellow Self Storage Hillsborough for the past two years to store our business kit, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more highly. Adam and Ben in particular have really looked after me—they’ve been brilliant from day one and have always done what they can to help, especially when it comes to pricing. Having that personal service, with people who remember you and take the time to say hello when you’re at the unit, makes a huge difference. The facility itself has worked perfectly for what we need, and having out-of-hours access available when required has been incredibly helpful and convenient. All in all, a 5⭐ experience—brilliant service, a great team, and a really reliable setup.
