We stored our furniture with Armadillo for 18 months. The facilities have always been clean, the staff friendly and our items were pristine when we took them out of storage. At the start of our contract, I drove myself, my husband and our furniture to the wrong location towards closing time on a Saturday. The lady who helped me, calmly moved everything across, changed our contract, location and confirmed the costs, without alerting my husband. After a very hectic day, it was not something I was keen to admit to him! She was discreet, efficient and it meant that we had our unit set up and filled up before closing. I was so grateful for this little bit of kindness. Thank you!

I initially opened a unit here 3 years ago and dealing with the staff has always been a pleasure. I've never had a single problem, the staff made moving in extremely easy and they were always polite and helpful. I had to manage moving out virtually, during which time I had some issues with the removal company. The team here went above and beyond to communicate with me, reassure and help me, even though this was an issue caused entirely by someone else. I had a great experience with this team, couldn't recommend highly enough. Thank you!

Couldn’t ask for a better experience, easy to set up and have kept all of my belongings safe for over a year. Everyone there is super lovely especially Nicole! She gave me a glass of water after an particularly warm day to move house! I was very grateful

Always a great professional experience dealing with the staff at this business. Offered different options to suit our budget and were flexible with the start date. When we need storage we always use them. Highly recommend 👌

Fantastic place even made us a cup of tea while wanting for a taxi that went wrong and was patient polite really Nice staff and courteous and Katie was fantastic as were the other staff
