⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely brilliant service at Armadillo Storage on West Bar! Tanya was especially amazing on both Saturday and Sunday—super helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across customer service like this. Highly recommend if you need storage in Sheffield!

Amazing staff and customer service. Stacy was very patient and compassionate with me whilst I moved my items in and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

Convenient storage facility - lifts for easy access, many trolleys available to assist in moving and reasonably priced; not to mention convenient parking for ease of access. I’d also like to thank the staff at Armadillo, particularly Emma if memory serves well - she graciously made the process of moving in so simple, personally helping by guiding me to my storage unit, the lift facilities, and with the general sign up process when I first moved in many months ago. If you’re a first time storage unit user, to even someone who’s been a member of other storage facilities, I’d truly consider this option.

Very lovely experience! First time using a storage unit as students, and we got a decent price compared to other places. Access is very easy and convenient, as once we filled out all our paperwork we could just sign in and enter our unit whenever we needed which was great for getting most of our boxes in. Staff were lovely! Stacey and Emma were at the reception and created a really nice environment. They were so friendly and helpful. I was even given water after moving tons of boxes in during one of the hottest days of the year! The process was overall just really smooth and if I need another unit in future in Sheffield, this one would be my go-to :)
