Amazing customer service by a wonderful lady (Shani)

Excellent service

I visited Big Yellow Self Storage on Saturday and was extremely impressed with the facility. It is incredibly clean, modern, secure, and much larger than I expected. The whole site feels very well maintained, giving me complete confidence that any belongings stored there would be safe and protected. With our house move approaching, it's reassuring to know that if there is a broken chain anywhere in the process, we have such a reliable backup option available to help ensure everything goes smoothly. Having this alternative in place provides real peace of mind. A special mention goes to Shani, who was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to explain the different storage options available, and all of the information she provided was fully taken on board. Her guidance has helped us determine which storage facility we would choose should the need arise during our move. Overall, a fantastic experience and I genuinely can't wait to move in if storage becomes necessary. Thank you to Shani and the team for their excellent service.
