Excellent customer service and good deal to store your valuables.

The customer service at Big Yellow Slough truly stood out! Martyna was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient — answering all my questions quickly and making the process seamless, from my first interaction and throughout. The gentleman who greeted my mother was also welcoming and helpful, which made a huge difference. The price match they offered was fantastic, and their flexibility and care really impressed me. I only chose another provider in the end because I needed a fixed 12-month rate, but the experience with Big Yellow was exceptional. I would highly recommend them — especially if you’re lucky enough to work with Martyna!

Can’t fault the process so far. Hugh and Martyna were great and very efficient in setting everything up. The facilities are clean, ample parking and the app seems to work well. Only thing I didn’t realise is that you can’t use the facility in the evening- after work- which seems like the most common time (after weekends) that we would have to make a storage run!
