From getting the original quote online through to the reception staff on site was a top class service & couldn't be bettered.

The member of staff was very welcoming and engaging ... took time to make sure we understood everything and was a pleasure to deal with. He had a good sense of humour too which I like in people fronting larger organisations... makes it all more human
