Professional helpful friendly and just all round brilliant

It was really easy to book and I received a great offer. Michelle took my booking and she was really helpful and explained the procedures etc. When I arrived at Armadillo, Nicola went through all the forms with me. She showed us the room and discussed the safety procedure. She was very thorough, helpful and friendly. The room was safe and clean.

From initial enquiry, through to moving in, everyone that I have spoken to has been really helpful and knowledgeable.

From the very start the service was brilliant. I received a call to help me with the online check in, a courtesy call as the booking approached and even a call on the day of booking as there was snow about, to check that everything was still on track. Then the check in itself with Shelley and Nicola was an absolute pleasure, what lovely professional people. Thank you!
