Shelly was absolutely brilliant when we spoke on the phone, so warm and friendly. She gave me the heads up to get to the site early next day as already 6 move ins and she was right. Got to facility just before 9am and Helen was equally amazing. It's been very chill and an easy process. Helen showed me a couple different options and put me right near lift so I don't get lost. Lol. Highly recommend.
