Sam was lovely. She called but I missed the call and only realised when we arrived. She explained what we needed to do and showed 2 types of storage unit so we weren’t paying for what we didn’t need. Ended up going with the bigger one as we have a lot of stuff and Sam helped us complete the paperwork.

Communication via emails and phone calls is very good. Staff friendliness and support at the storage site is brilliant. Price and matching other quotes is a bonus.
