Very friendly staff, greeted with smiles. Shown to storage container, everything explained to us and water offered to us on such a hot day.

I received a phone call from Nina a couple of weeks ago when I was in the middle of trying to sort out a million and one things. She was so brilliant at sorting out my storage. Not only getting me a great deal but taking a massive problem off my list. I had received a much cheaper quote but I was so impressed by her that I trusted her and wanted her to have my business.

Good facility, good service. Megan was very friendly but more important she seems very knowledgeable, took every opportunity to upsell and made sure that she got all of the detail including H&S factors across clearly.

Their customer service is very good. The three ladies Poppy Nina sorry forgot the other ladies name. They were so helpful. Smiled all the time and they did a wonderful job

Very Friendly staff. didn't feel pressured to reserve a storage. The storage its self, is very clean and secure from what i have seen so far. The only thing i would recommend to be improved is letting customers know they have to pay so many weeks in advance and that you also have to pay a deposit. It would also be great if you could pay monthly rather than weekly. This would just be easier for many people who get paid monthly from a budgeting perspective.
