Poppy was very helpful particularly when we were trying to locate a suitable room. Everything was dealt with in a timely manner.

Staff extremely helpful and very pleasant. Nina especially was very patient with me when I kept getting the code wrong for the door! Explanations given re insurance, inventory etc were very clear and also the fact I could phone any time if I had a query. Altogether nothing was too much trouble and it's so nice these days to meet people who obviously enjoy their job and want to give a first rate customer service.
