Everything was explained really well and no question was treated as 'silly' which made things much easier

Longstanding booking planned over a period of time & helpful throughout, also on the day suggesting a smaller unit than had planned which helped bring cost down.

Friendly and welcoming staff who spent time showing us the options. The on-line check-in was straight forward as was final check-in on site.
