She's helped me every time I had an issue and fully resolved it. I used the storage unit for more than a year and my things stayed safe and clean and it's so easily accessible. We have been renting a storage unit at Swindon Big Yellow for 4 months were offered a great deal for a large unit in March for the first 12 weeks and now pay a higher but fair price for the unit size . We received a letter about a higher increase in August and we spoke to Emma at Big Yellow Storage about our on going house buying delay and how the increased costs would impact on us and she organised and arranged with head office to hold the current rental rate we pay for 12 months . We are very pleased and have always received good customer service from Emma and others in the team . The unit is safe, clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly and would 100% recommend this Branch in Swindon
