First time using a self storage unit, and Alexandra couldn't have made it any easier. Very helpful when choosing the unit, but then even more helpful when I realised I need to upgrade the storage size. Plenty of different sized style trolleys to make unloading incredibly easy, and appears very secure with access codes. Highly recommended.
The Staff at Tolworth are in a class of their own , friendly , helpful and engaging. I've dealt with Keith , Conrad , Judith and Alex ( Alexandre ) , all were an absolute pleasure to deal with.. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone !!!

Great team and storage unit. Effortless set up, check in and quick tour. Keith in particular was very helpful and clear with terms of the licence etc. Unit was very clean, and corridors are spotless. Really impressed with the storage unit, having recently had a less satisfactory tour of a local competitor. Thanks for all the help.
