The reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Though they must have had the same conversation tens of times. You were made to feel that you were the most important. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The colouring sheet for my grandson was a lovely touch
Alexandra who helped us was so friendly, professional and helpful. The storage area is clean, easy to move around and it is easy for me to gain access whenever needed. The prices are competitive as well.
