Great service, friendly and informative staff, competitive pricing, good facilities

I was disappointed that you bill me every 4 weeks instead of monthly. This is difficult for because I AM only paid monthly. I believe that an organisation like you should be looking to serves its customers well. you are very customer focussed except in this area. Direct debit is supposed to take the stress and pain out of paying bills but this issue of being billed 4 weekly instead of monthly adds all this stress and pain back again.

First class service, speedy with no fuss. Clean, bright and pleasant surroundings, reasonable charges. Staff who know what they are talking about. Room booked for the 5th time of using yellow storage.

Customer service was excellent, the unit is easy to access and all for a very reasonable price.
