Excellent friendly efficient service

Door talbolt was not fixed , ceilling of third floor is not done its just a mesh. I was not advised to have a look before booking.

I was disappointed that you bill me every 4 weeks instead of monthly. This is difficult for because I AM only paid monthly. I believe that an organisation like you should be looking to serves its customers well. you are very customer focussed except in this area. Direct debit is supposed to take the stress and pain out of paying bills but this issue of being billed 4 weekly instead of monthly adds all this stress and pain back again.
