Really lovely people from the start, super helpful to meet my needs, would highly recommend!

I moved from one end of the country to the other with my wife and two young children. It was the most bonkers and stressful thing that I have ever done. I had such a tight timeline to try and bring everything together. I was all over the place trying to get everything sorted. During this whole process I spoke mostly to Courtney and Maria at armadillo storage Torquay. I honestly cannot thank them enough for their support and organising of the units and helping me organise checking in at another storage unit as I was arriving after closing time ( shout out to Terry at cheltnam or Gloucester storage which ever one I went to 🤣). The team at armadillo went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed and quite frankly they gave me lot less to worry about. Personally I haven't come across this type of service and care for a very long time if ever. I can't thank the team enough. If any other of the team members around the country are even a fraction as helpful as Courtney, Maria and Terry then I can assure you that you will be in very safe hands and I for one will be using these guys if I ever need to store anything again.

Absolutely excellent customer service from Maria, Courtney and initially Jodie. Gave us confidence to use storage for the first time by answering all our questions and providing valuable information. So helpful and always a warm welcome, we really appreciate this in a period that has been v stressful for us. The costs were clearly explained and we like that we only pay for what we use.
