Extremely pleasant staff who were very helpful and went out of their way to understand what my requirements were and to offer suitable storage taking into account mine and my wife’s disabled status and the budget I was working to. Very happy with the storage they recommended on the ground floor which was a great help considering our mobility problems.

Easy to view details and receive a quote online. When you go in store, staff are very friendly and helpful. Any questions, just as and they will help you as much as possible. I had Josh and he was very helpful and efficient - my quote apparently expired on Thursday even after I checked in online, but he quickly re-instated it so I could put my stuff into a room.
