⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service – Big Yellow Storage Uxbridge I recently chose Big Yellow Storage in Uxbridge to store my belongings, following my Uncle’s recommendation, and I am genuinely so pleased that I did! From the moment I arrived, the experience has been excellent, especially because of the incredible customer service. I would particularly like to mention Mr Shakti (Shak), who has been absolutely amazing to deal with. He assisted me throughout the whole process, including helping me with my app login, account, and explaining the best package options available. The level of support and patience I received was exceptional. Moving and storing your belongings can be stressful, but having someone like Shakti who is so helpful, professional and genuinely willing to make things easier makes such a difference. Shakti is a fantastic addition to the Big Yellow team, and customer service like this is something you don’t come across everywhere. He went above and beyond to make the whole experience smooth and straightforward. I would highly recommend Big Yellow Storage Uxbridge to anyone looking for a safe, convenient storage facility with outstanding customer care. Big Yellow Self Storage Denham is best placed local storage for businesses and families near and around Uxbridge . The staff are always friendly, welcoming and very helpful whenever assistance is needed. The storage rooms are clean, well maintained and secure, which gives complete peace of mind. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable storage.

Big Yellow Storage in Uxbridge offers a really convenient and straightforward storage experience. The location is excellent, especially if you're local to Uxbridge, and having customer parking makes it very easy to load and unload your belongings. The whole process was very smooth and quick. The staff showed us a few different storage units so we could compare the options and then gave us a good quote based on what we needed. Setting everything up was quick and easy, and they provide a lock where you can choose your own PIN. Access is available during their business hours. They don't offer 24-hour access, which is something to keep in mind if you need to access your belongings late at night or very early in the morning, but for our needs this was perfectly fine. You can managed your access via an app which is extremely convenient. Another thing I liked is that they sell pretty much everything you might need for moving and storage - boxes, tape, dust sheets, vacuum storage bags and other useful packing supplies. The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, chatty and genuinely helpful, with a very welcoming attitude. Special thanks to Lloyd, who was particularly helpful, had a great attitude and made the whole process very smooth. Overall, a very good storage facility with a convenient location, parking, a smooth setup process and excellent customer service.

I’ve been with this Big Yellow Storage since they opened in 2021, and they’ve been brilliant the whole time. The team are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help whenever I need anything. It’s clear the place is well managed, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and always take the time to listen and help if anything is needed. Would happily recommend.

Came to the Uxbridge location as was having ongoing issues at slough. Matt was the most understanding and helpful guy. I was looking to move all my storage needs to a competitor however after one conversation with Matt I decided to move everything from Slough to Uxbridge. Matt was so kind and helped me get the best deal possible. I can’t recommend the Uxbridge location or Matt enough. If you’re enquiring…ask for Matt. You can thank me later 👍🏻
