I had such a fantastic experience with Tez at Big Yellow Wandsworth! From start to finish, she made everything so easy and completely stress free. She has an incredible amount of patience and a genuinely friendly attitude that immediately puts you at ease. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble for her, and she takes the time to make sure everything is explained clearly and smoothly. Tez is honestly an asset to Big Yellow – the kind of person every company wishes they had on their team. Her professionalism combined with her warmth is rare to find, and it’s exactly what makes her stand out. If more people approached customer service the way Tez does, the world would be a much better place. Sylwia was so helpful when I first came into Big Yellow.. I explained I was in another storage unit and the price going WAY up.. I have a bad back and cant do too much lifting. She was able to find me a unit on the ground floor, suitable for my needs. She gave me a breakdown of all the prices, showed me the floor plans for room spaces.. She answered all my quirky questions and was very very patient with me. I felt properly looked after. I would definitely recommend using Wandsworth Big Yellow.

I was helped to move containers today by Sylwia in Wandsworth and she was super helpful and kind. Highly recommended!
