Slightly arduous online check in process but the customer service in store was very good indeed

Very helpful and informative staff

Louisa was awesome the whole way through the process. I booked and then cancelled the reservation by mistake. She helped talk me through all the details and made it a quick and stress free process.

Great customer service

Louise on reception was wonderful. Could not have been more helpful. I had been lost 4 times getting there, was jittery and tearful. She was so kind. Helped me fill form in and calmed me down.
